Jordan is the Chief Operating Officer at Portner & Shure and is licensed to practice law in Maryland. In his role, he oversees the firm’s operations, strategic growth, and business development initiatives.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. While attending law school part-time, Jordan worked in private equity, where he played a key role in investing over $1 billion in various businesses. Prior to that, he was an investment banking analyst specializing in aerospace and defense mergers & acquisitions.
Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where he served as captain of the varsity men’s tennis team.
