This month, Portner & Shure won a favorable verdict in Fairfax County, Virginia. Attorney, Kevin Ruby, represented our client at trial for a rear-end accident that resulted in significant injuries and medical expenses. The liability insurance adjuster would not accept all of our client’s medical expenses because she believed that our client “overtreated” for his injuries. The adjuster only made an offer just over $3,000.00 to settle the case. As a result, we filed suit. At trial, the Court awarded our client $12,000.00.
