Melina Rauskolb

Melina Rauskolb is a criminal defense attorney with Portner & Shure, P.A., serving clients throughout Maryland. She brings a diverse background in criminal law, having represented individuals as an Assistant Public Defender and prosecuted cases as an Assistant State’s Attorney in both Baltimore City and Carroll County.

Throughout her career, Melina has handled a wide range of criminal matters, including serious felony offenses, firearms and narcotics cases, domestic violence cases, and complex evidentiary hearings. Her experience on both sides of the courtroom gives her unique insight into how criminal cases are investigated, charged, and litigated.

Melina earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland.
