4. The final selection process is concluded and the yearly results are announced.

No more than 2.5% of all active attorneys in a given region and practice area can become a Rising Stars℠ member. Additionally, all Rising Stars℠ members must be either under the age of 40 or have less than 10 years of practice experience.
