Beth C. Arbogast

In 2019, Beth joined Portner & Shure as a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal at the Frederick, MD office. Through her exceptional dedication, she progressed to the role of Office Manager and Director of Information Technology.

Originally from Halethorpe, MD, she currently lives in Baltimore County (Hereford Zone) with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Beth has earned both an Associate's and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. While balancing full-time work during the Covid pandemic, she also completed a Master’s Degree in Crime Scene Investigation. Since 2020, she has been a licensed Notary Public. Her paralegal career began in 2013 with the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler, specializing in personal injury cases, where she received training on the Needles Case Management system.

In 2021, Beth introduced the NEOS cloud system to Portner & Shure, marking a significant upgrade that helps propel the firm forward. She also collaborates with the intake team to oversee the entire process of case management from start to finish.

Beth combines her legal knowledge with excellent customer service skills to advocate for the rights of the firm’s clients. Over the years, she has successfully settled numerous cases for the maximum insurance policy coverage, such as $300,000. Her ability to foresee and manage challenges in various personal injury cases is notable.
