Richard Manley is a passionate attorney committed to serving the legal needs of his community with integrity and professionalism. Richard earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Ferrum College and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. During his time at George Mason, he served as an editor of the Civil Rights Law Journal, deepening his commitment to advocating for justice and civil liberties.
Prior to joining Portner & Shure, Richard interned at a law firm in Maryland, where he gained hands-on experience across a wide range of legal matters, including contract disputes, auto accidents, and premises liability. In addition to his academic and legal experience, Richard actively contributed to local community efforts, lending his time and skills to initiatives aimed at promoting civic engagement and supporting local development.
