Marisol has 25 years of experience in the immigration field from a variety of work environments, both small and large firms. Her career began in a small law office where she learned what was needed for each new case that was presented to the office. During her career, she has acquired extensive experience with most facets of immigration. Working on cases in all stages of the employment and family-based immigration and non-immigrant processes, including non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, H4, L1, L2, TN and O visas among others). Marisol also communicates with government agencies in relation to the processing of petitions/applications and works with most of the related forms and procedures associated with the USCIS. She provides client support in connection with their immigration matters, including daily telephone communication and email communication. With all her experience, her passion lies with the opportunity to work directly with each client and make a difference in their life.
Marisol earned her Master’s degree in Paralegal Studies and a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from George Washington University, graduating magna cum laude and received a Bachelor’s of Arts, Art and Visual Technology with concentration in Graphic Design from George Mason University. She is also a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Association, Inc.
