Gabriela Soto Cotto

Prior to joining Portner & Shure, Gabriela has accumulated a great deal of experience in employment-based immigration as well as focusing on high-skilled cases as an immigration attorney. She is committed to helping customers navigate the immigration process, emphasizing client care and advocacy.
Gabriela graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. After earning her J.D., she worked as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic at George Washington University Law School, where she was honored with the Clinical Excellence Award in Immigration Law.

Gabriela likes to travel, run, and find new coffee shops wherever she travels while she's not working. She speaks Spanish as well and is a member of the DC Bar.
